Ludare Games Group, a Canadian video game operations firm, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Kung Fu Factory, a Los Angeles based independent game developer, and V2 Games Inc, a Canadian game ventures firm.
As part of the partnership, V2 Games will make a strategic investment in Kung Fu Factory to support the launch of their upcoming Free-2-Play mobile titles, while Ludare will provide operational support to Kung Fu Factory to assist them in self-publishing and scaling their mobile game titles.
